Move in dates can be flexible to accommodate your schedule. You are welcome to renew your lease after this period. This unit has curbside entry, open gourmet kitchen with large island and stainless steel appliances including washer and dryer and large windows. The unit features a loft level bedroom and a den on the lower level that can be used as office or a second bedroom. There are two full bathrooms, one on each level. We have been happy with every aspect of living here and are only moving out only due to a home purchase.Rent is $2223 per month plus utilities, but as a bonus, but I will give you $1192 in cash that can be used towards your rent and I will also cover the $250 lease take over fee, making the initiation costs for you $0. On top of this, I will also forfeit my $500 security deposit which you can retrieve from apartment management upon completing the lease terms.
